Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns for Other Reasons
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Your item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products, items showing signs of use, and products without original packaging cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
